1.Responsible for the management and implementation of the Safety Management and Environmental system in warehouse area, warehouse keeper management             

2.Responsible for all import and exports and local shipping for the site, ensuring export regulation and documentation compliance to local and international requirements.        

3.Responsible for reporting stock exceptions and  daily operations regarding pick, pack and on time shipments are meet, to meet plant OTD         

4.Responsible for processes and procedures for stores to ensure inventory accuracy, pick accuracy and security to protect the assets of the company，FIFO         

5.Ensure supply to production lines and on time delivery to customers       

6.Liaise with our Packaging Vendor to ensure the timely delivery of our packaging materials requirements to meet system ship dates, quote to customers for packaging related issues    

7.Responsible for WH area GPQ meetings and all related projects to meet cost reductions on packaging and shipment cost        

8.Lead warehouse in the implementation of continuous improvement processes through use of Kaizen, 5S etc activities to improve key metrics        

9.Management for consignment warehouse external supplier for VMI&MILKRUN  

10.Responsible for the execution of the continuous cycle count process and annual physical inventory process        

11.Lead in warehouse project like kanban, barcode etc.        

        

任职要求：

1.Knowledge of international trade/transportation    

2.Be familiar with SAP/EXCEL/Words system   

3.Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing    

4.Good negotiation skills and good interpersonal and communication skills  

5.Have knowledge of raw materials,production process, quality control and cost 

6.Good knowledge and experiences on customers regulations  

7.3 - 5 years experiences with warehouse management in automotive or manufacture field  

8.College or above,logistics related majors
