  Business ·        Support global strategy development and planning ·         

                           Develop and execute China procurement strategy ·         

                           Look for leverage opportunity to optimize the vendor pool and realize savings ·        

                           Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to capture and anticipate the commodity requirements and value ·         

                          Identify and source suppliers to deliver high quality and low-cost products and services ·        

                         Identify the critical suppliers and ensure on-time supply of critical parts and good performance of critical suppliers ·        

                         Identify and maintain good relationship with strategy suppliers to have a strong impact for the business success ·         

                        Accountable for contract negotiation and management ·        

                        Utilize RFP, Auction and other negotiation tools to get the best quotation ·        

                        Work closely with Site Procurement to provide better procurement service and reduce total procurement cost ·         

                      Provide procurement POV to internal stakeholders, including vendor recommendation, procurement procedures, third-party review, compliance requirements, risk mitigation, etc. ·         

                     Understand and monitor market dynamics of for respective category areas     

 Agility and  Innovation   ·     Try new things, challenge the status quo and seek alternative solutions ·         

                                                 Actively looking for ways to increase value and satisfaction for customers internal and external.     

 Relationships and People   · Establishing a constructive and cooperative relationship with others and a climate of openness and trust ·        

                                                Work with other departments toward elimination of issues related to contracted services.  ·                                               Ability to influence others       

 Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements: ·   Bachelor degree or above ·        

                                                                     Minimum 5 years’ related purchasing experience ·         

                                                                    Candidate with MRO integration, VMI and process automation experience is highly preferred ·         

                                                                     Proficient in both English and Chinese ·         

                                                                    Strong business acumen and leadership skills with understanding for speed and profitability ·        

                                                                    Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills ·         

                                                                    Cost analysis capability
