Job Responsibilities

• Responsible product scope: electric vehicle and plug-in hybrid vehicle motor drive systems, including motors, inverters and transmission device; 48V light to medium hybrid P0/P2/P4 motor drive system; high and low voltage DC/DC converters; high voltage battery management system and 48V battery system;

• Responsible for electronic hardware requirements engineering, or system architecture, or circuit module design, or system integration, or electronic circuit testing during product development, ensuring delivery on quality and on time;

• Responsible for creating electronic hardware development drawings and specifications and preparing experimental and verification reports, and interpretation of internal and external related stakeholders;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, electrical and electronics, automation, computer technology or others related

• 3 years of experience in hardware development of electronic controllers

• Possessing a certain technical communication ability, fluent in spoken English, and other languages ??of German, Japanese, Korean etc. ??are a plus.

• Familiar with auto parts product development approval system and product development project management process

• Familiar with the process of electronic controller hardware requirements engineering, design, simulation, debugging and experimental verification

• Familiar with DFSS methodology and tooling: QFD, DoE and FMEA, etc.

• Experience in product application of two or more MCUs; experience in standard circuits development: such as sampling circuit, filter circuit and motor or solenoid driving circuit

• Possessing capability of hardware requirements engineering: creating hardware design specifications and hardware development test specifications based on system component specifications.

• Ability to design PCBA, including electronic component selection and circuit design, skilled use of PCBA design tools (Protel, Zoken, etc.)

• Capable of signal and electrical load of electronic circuits hardware simulation, skilled use of electronic circuit simulation software (PSPICE, etc.)

• Capable of creating development test specifications for electronic hardware circuits, design, build automated test systems, perform tests, perform test data analysis, and report on experiments

• Familiar with EMC, ESD and other electrical load mechanism to be applied to electronic circuit optimization designs for EMC, ESD and thermal management requirements

• Capable of creating test specifications of EMC, ESD and thermal management, and organizing and directing relevant tests, and analyzing and summarizing the test results as the inputs to optimize the design.

• Capable of PCBA's DFM analysis and to create production introduction documents (BOM, drawings, production specifications and production test specifications (ICT, FCT), etc.)

• Possessing capabilities of PCBA prototypes manufacture and circuit debugging system construction;

负责产品范围:电动汽车及插电式混合动力汽车电机驱动系统;

包括电动机、逆变器和传动装置;48V轻中混动PO/P2/P4电动驱动系统;高低压DC/DC转换器;高压电池管理系统和48V电池管理系统;

负责产品开发期间的电子硬件需求工程，或系统架构，或电路模块设计，或系统集成，或电子电路测试，确保产品质量和准时交付;

负责创建电子硬件开发图纸和规范，准备实验和验证报告，并解释内部和外部相关利益相关者;

 

岗位需求

电子电气、自动化、计算机技术等相关专业，本科及以上学历

3年电子控制器硬件开发经验

具有一定的技术沟通能力，英语口语流利等

使用德语、日语、韩语等语言者优先。

熟悉汽车零部件产品开发审批制度和产品开发项目管理流程

熟悉电子控制器硬件要求工程、设计、仿真、调试和实验验证的流程

熟悉DFSS方法论和工装:QFD, DoE, FMEA等。

具有两个或两个以上mcu的产品应用经验;标准电路经验开发:如采样电路、滤波电路、电机或螺线管驱动电路

具备硬件需求工程能力:创建硬件设计

基于系统组件的规格和硬件开发测试规格。

具备PCBA的设计能力，包括电子元器件的选择和电路设计，熟练使用PCBA设计工具(Protel, Zoken等)

能够对电子电路进行信号和电负载的硬件仿真，熟练使用电子电路仿真软件(PSPICE等)

能够为电子硬件电路创建开发测试规范，设计，建立自动化测试系统，执行测试，执行测试数据分析，并报告实验

熟悉电磁兼容、ESD及其它电子负载机构

针对EMC、ESD和热管理要求进行电路优化设计

能够制定EMC, ESD和热管理的测试规范

组织和筛选相关试验，并对试验结果进行分析和总结，作为优化设计的输入。

能够进行PCBA的DFM分析，并创建生产信息文件(BOM，图纸，生产规格和生产测试规格(ICT, FCT)等)
