Responsibilities:
? Lead the system integration tests and system test activities in a project (product scope HVD, HVE, MHeD and BS)
? Study the product requirement specifications and create system test specifications of test set-up and test execution process
? Interpret test specifications to ensure a common understanding within internal and external stakeholders
? Lead design and build-up of system test equipment according to a test specification
? Organize the quality and maturity check of test samples and test equipment before a system integration test or system test
? Lead executions of system integration tests and system tests according to test plan and test specification
? Create system integration test reports and system test reports and interpret them to stakeholders

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree or above in mechatronic, electric, or other relevant specialties
? Min. 3 years of automotive product tests or project management, and experience on both is a plus
? Possessing teamwork spirit, collaboration and coordination skills
? Fluent English, additional capability of languages such as German, Korean, Japanese is a plus;
? Aware of procedure and process system of automotive products’ development, qualification and project management
? Aware of product development life cycle “V” model methodology: the process from requirement engineering to technical solution definitions, till system validations
? Capable of creating test specifications of HVD, or HVE, or MHeD, or BS based on product requirement spec.
? Capable of creating test equipment specification according to test spec. of HVD, or HVE, or MHeD, or BS, and capability of test equipment hardware and software development is a plus
? Capable of leading tests’ execution for product HVD, or HVE, or MHeD, or BS

职责:

要求:

?机电、电气或其他相关专业本科或以上学历

?3年以上汽车产品测试或项目管理经验，有以上经验者优先

?具有团队精神、协作能力和协调能力

?英语良好，精通德语、韩语、日语者优先;

?熟悉汽车产品开发、认证和项目管理的程序和流程体系

?了解产品开发生命周期“V”模型方法论:从需求工程到技术解决方案定义，直至系统验证的过程

?能够创建基于产品需求规格的HVD、HVE、MHeD或BS测试规范。

?能够根据HVD、HVE、MHeD或BS的测试规范创建测试设备规范，且测试设备硬件和软件开发能力优先

?能够主导产品HVD、HVE、MHeD或BS测试执行
