Key Responsibilities

• Owns the preparation and production of monthly management updates for China related business strategies
• Work closely with various onshore and offshore business managers to support the China franchise strategy work
• Leads ad hoc projects relating to business strategies, which includes completing research and analysis that forms the basis of the strategy paper
• Work closely with BM lead to provide location specific guidance and support for business-led initiatives

Qualifications

• B.A. in Finance or related field
• 2 – 4 years of experience in a finance / business management related field or similar
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, alone with the ability to tailor a message to various levels of management
• Strong aptitude to work with a wide range of line of businesses and functions
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Highly motivated individual with excellent time management & organizational skills
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (including PitchPro)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, flexible and capable of engaging various functions, locations, and businesses
