This position is reporting to the Offer Development Manager and is responsible for test on the Connected System products and liaison with relevant parties for the planning, coordination, timely development of Product Test Plan and Test cases, and the execution of the Test cases in order to successfully delivery products according to industry leading standards. This role also involves maintaining existing products and supporting technical queries from product management, internal, external customers and suppliers. (What are the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization) This is an important role within the engineering function, with specific responsibility for the test of new products and the support of existing products. The role should be able to drive from requirement analysis, test design to technical document &product delivery. This position is generally autonomous and requires independent test ability and effective communication within the team, with other teams within the R&D function and more broadly with various departments within the local entity. The role is more in technical contribution than leadership. Percentage is around 70/30.

Essential · Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, EE or similar Desirable · Master degree or above in Computer Science/EE or related major · Basic knowledge of leadership, for example, delegation, coaching Essential: · 5+ years hands-on working experience in product test · Experience in wireless technology like WIFI, BLE, Zigbee, etc and IP network skills · Knowledge of general digital communication protocols (ie. TCP/IP, RS485, Bus system ...) · Solid experience in Agile similar development tools like Jira · Experience with development products following PMP concept & test process Desirable · Experience with test development on video door phone or Home automation system · Experience with test on cloud/APP system · Experience with automation test Interaction with internal and external customers, liaison across multiple functional areas. · Good communication skills with all levels of the organization · Good English skill in speaking and writing. · Solid experience on usage of test tool and test environment setup · Open minded, proactive & willing to take challenge
