The Job

l  Responsible for quality assurance of production process and finished product, owner of External Quality continuous improvement, leader of analyzing  and confirm significant quality abnormity, follow up and implement improvement countermeasures.

l  Customer complain handling, closely work with engineering, process ,production, material and sales team handle customer complain, RMA lead time management and quick response to reach customer satisfaction.

l  Work as Leader to drive effective actions plan to continuous improve the external quality.

l  Manage the daily audit on shop floor, including quality related problem finding, corrective action tracking.

l  Develop new product quality plan, implement new process validation, sample qualify.

l  Periodical quality reporting of quality data. Support production to reach product quality target through continuous improvement activities.

l  Communication with BU, periodical conference call with BU.

l  In-process &FQA inspector management;

  The Incumbent

l  Bachelor degree or above.

l  Excellent knowledge of quality tools.

l  Knowledge of TS16949, FMEA and SPC will be an advantage.

l  6 sigma skill, Black Belt is a plus.

l  Trouble shooting skill：7 Tools, SPC, FMEA

l  Systematic and logical thinking.

l  Proficient in written English.
