? Vision and direction setting for the Maintenance & Reliability Department, for maintenance reliability through OPEX TPM implementation, and for the Plant Storeroom;

? Responsible for Maintenance Department personnel development as a Safety and Reliability culture change agent;

? Develop and communicate the Maintenance Department goals, objectives, KPI’s, and budget along with accurate measurement and reporting;

? Support the mechanical Integrity Program;

? SAP maintenance management system administrator;

? Strategic planning for Maintenance Department organization;

? Maintenance Work Flow oversight;

? Maintenance training program development and improvements;

? Participate on plant teams in support of safety, environmental, organizational and quality objectives.

Here is what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

? 5 years’ proven track record of achieving business results employing engineering expertise and experience to ensure reliability and maintenance of plant equipment and operations;

? Solid project management skills and with the ability to manage multiple priorities;

? A strong background in engineering is critical;

? A BS in engineering is required and an advanced degree in engineering or business is desirable;

? This position requires effective communication throughout all levels of the organization.
