Incident Management (Support)
1. Incident management under Follow the Sun - FTS (during week days and office hours) and Call on Duty - CoD (support on weekends and holidays) rotated among the team members
2. Incident resolution for 2nd level support of different infra components (Linux, Oracle, Middleware, Prime, HPC, AIX)
3. Resolves incidents escalated as 3rd level support
4. Escalation management for 3rd level support issues with other team members and external providers
5. Properly route incidents tickets not related to our services
6. Work together with other teams and team members to solve incidents affecting our services
7. Follow up complex issues until they resolved

Change Management (Standard/Regular and special change requests)
1. Change Request management for all supported services
2. Implementing standard changes i.e. supporting MIS updates, maintenances windows requested by the locations, infrastructure changes prior / during and after Application Updates, Backups on demand, OS and DB patches/updates, OS and DB configuration changes, OS user management
3. Lifecycle management for the supported services (installation, configuration, migration and decommissioning)
4. Processing of special change requests and assessments

Technology & Operations
1. Operates and coordinates the services in scope for the team
2. Administration of Operating Systems: SuSe Enterprise Linux, Oracle Linux, AIX and HPC
3. Oracle Database administration (11g/12c/19c, Backup and Recovery, Troubleshooting, Migration, Patches and Upgrades)
4. Basic application support and collaboration to resolve issues impacting production (Prime, Middleware IBM MQ)
5. Central Tools administration (Oracle Cloud Control 13c, Puppet Master, Spacewalk, Alerting Gateway, Keepass)
6. Documentation management (Creation, Update, Versioning)
7. Troubleshooting and debugging of IT infrastructure DC problems and incidents
8. Coordination of rollouts, upgrades and replacements for the managed services in our global and local datacenters

Projects
1. Ensure proper execution of the projects
2. Manage risks, actions, issues and dependencies related to the carve-out or other project concerned to the team
3. Build content for activities like kickoff, status and closeout
4. Lead meetings involving customers, Vitesco IT and partners
5. Regular alignment of requirements and communicate progress to all stakeholders
6. Plan and track all function deliveries and related activities to customer and internal milestones
7. Ensure that the documentation its being collected along the project

Collaboration
1. Supports team members on technical side but also motivate them to foster teamwork to successfully achieve team goals
2. Provide feedback to peers and supervisors to improve processes and communication
3. Elaborate high quality documentation for the appropriate services
4. Participate actively in regular global team meetings to share the status of activities/projects
5. Collaborate with locations, business and other competence centers to translate business requirements into innovative IT concepts and IT architectures following our IT strategy

Education / Certification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline. Masters or comparable experience with professional education)
2. Desirable: Knowledge in Service Management (ITIL) the latest version.

Professional Experience:
1. 3+ years working in IT departments with relevant technologies (Linux, Oracle and Datacenter administration)
2. Experience in international programs or projects
3. Driving third-party partnerships/relationships

Project and/or Process Experience:
1. Involvement in projects: regional or global (3+ projects)
2. Role within the project: Project Leader / Work package Leader / Project Member
3. Service and customer focused, able to provide outstanding solutions, as well as identify and fix root causes

Intercultural / International Experience
1. Experience in a cross-functional, distributed, word-wide work environment and work in international teams
2. A positive attitude and desire to make an impact on an organization,
3. Planning and organizational skills, high level of dedication, flexibility and independence,
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken).

事件管理(支持)

1. 根据日晒(工作日和办公时间)和值班(周末和节假日的支持)在团队成员之间进行事件管理

1.为所有支持的服务更改请求管理

2.执行标准变更，例如支持MIS更新，维护窗口要求的位置，基础设施更改之前/期间和之后的应用程序更新，按需备份，操作系统和数据库补丁/更新，操作系统和数据库配置变更，操作系统用户管理

3.支持服务的生命周期管理(安装、配置、迁移和退役)

4.特殊变更请求的处理和评估

 

技术与操作

1.在团队范围内操作和协调服务

2.操作系统的管理:SuSe Enterprise Linux、Oracle Linux、AIX和HPC

任职要求：

教育/认证:

1.计算机科学、工程或相关专业本科学历。硕士或相关专业教育经验)

2.需要的:最新版本的服务管理(ITIL)知识。

 

专业经验:

1.3年以上IT部门工作经验，熟悉相关技术(Linux, Oracle，数据中心管理)

2.有国际项目或项目经验

3.推动第三方合作伙伴/关系
