You will help us ensure that our Ethical Audit Programs consistently exceed our clients’ expectations, while maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

The Job Description:

Based in our Shenzhen office, you will support the Audit Services Manager and the rest of the audit team.

You will be expected to:

· Review and follow up the Ethical Audit operations, ensuring that client requirements have been accurately identified, and that the clients are fully satisfied with the Audit Programs implemented;

· Communicate efficiently with different internal teams (sales, auditors) as well as clients’ key contacts;

· Support pre-sales inquiries as well as clients’ meetings as technical reference for Ethical Audit activity;

You will also:

· Implement, execute, and measure Key Performance Indicators for the Ethical Audit Report team;

· Train and educate dedicated teams of auditors and supervisors;

· Manage and grow directly a team of Audit Supervisors, bringing out the very best in them as a team;

· Identify the areas in which we can improve our service quality standards, and propose practical measures to achieve improvement.

The Candidate:

It could be you, if you:

· Are fluent in English;

· Hold a degree in Engineering, ideally related to Labour, Health & Safety, or Environmental Management;

· Have 3 to 5 years of experience in the ethical compliance industry;

· Have advanced skills in using Microsoft Office Tools.

It also helps if you:

· Are great at mitigating conflict and solving problems;

· Can prioritize effectively and manage your time well in order to work to tight deadlines;

· Have a drive to make things happen – and actively want to put your ideas into action;

· Are a good team player.
