Responsibilities:
? Take charge of company management including Operations, Project, R&D, Sales, HR and Finance
? Formulate and execute long- & short-term business growth and strategies
? Build up business targets and budget in China with respect to pre-established objectives
? Report to top management regarding business situations & plans and investment budget
? Lead operations management including production, logistics, purchasing, quality, R&D etc.
? Coordinate and optimize the production and logistic efficiency for cost-saving
? Develop supplier base, monitor and control supplier selection according to global strategy
? Improve quality system to ensure meet customer's requirement and quality standard
? Monitor and lead project management; Coordinate with related teams for Group's global projects in China and ensure its smooth implementation
? Enhance R&D system technical capability, re-organize R&D structures if necessary; Manage and control product localization
? Build, maintain and improve long-term relationships with customers
? Participate in marketing activities and re-structure aftermarket organization for maintenance and improvement of company's competitiveness and brand image in China
? Lead Performance, Finance and HR management
? Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
? University degree or above with technical/commercial background
? Rich experience in business management in manufacturing environment
? Minimum 5 years' experience in management positions in international company
? Strong in operations and process management
? Strong in execution, with excellent project and process management and organizational skills
? Strong leadership skills with ability of managing cross functional teams
? Good understanding of international companies and their business culture
? Fluent in English
? Explorer type, strategic thinking
? Strong communication and organization skills
? Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
? Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented
? Mature, highly initiative and strong sense of responsibility
