 Job description（JD）： 
？ Provide technical solution for special applications for 2nd water supply business
？ Responsible for engineering project (solution order) execution as both project leader and technical engineer. Build and lead a cross-function team, make and follow schedule, technical support for supplier and production, prepare BOM, drawings and packaging solution, documentation, …
？ Responsible for Product localization (systems or solutions): including design modification, drawing confirmation, create BOM (Bill of Material), documentation, etc.…
？ Develop new systems and solutions for local market
？ Optimize product from cost saving perspective 
？Talk and conmmunication with sales and customer for solutions optimization
？ Set up specification / internal standards
？ Lead and monitor product development projects, ensure the projects following plan.
？ Coordinate with different stakeholders to deliver the projects.
？ Support with other departments: Production, Purchasing, Quality, Service for serious problem

 Requirement：
？ University degree (Electrical or automation engineering )
？ Deep knowledge in following areas: 
(1) Complete the design of low-voltage control cabinet, power distribution cabinet and inverter control independently,motor control system design
(2) Complete the electrical design and schematic diagram for hardware
(3) Familiar with the electrical system design process and related industrial standards
(4) Experience and knowledge of digitalization project. 
(5)Good at PLC knowledge ( especial for siemens PLC,200,1200,1500)，touch panel programming.
(6) Know electrical construction regulation and standard.
(7)Experience with remote communication for control system.
？ More than 5 years business experience needed or 3 years pump control systems related experience. 
？ Language: English and Chinese
