Job responsibility:

• Be fimiliar with CO2 welding process, have welding fixture design experience is preferred 　 
•  Coordinate to build up product process, create process documents( such as: Flow chart,Layout,  equipment /device/tool requirment list, PFMEA, work instruction, product/process characteristic  analysis list, characteristic matrix and revelent document) 　 
  
• Charge of welding process design, welding fixture maintenance/repairing & improvement 　 
• Know ECM，BOM and maintenance BOM 　　 
• Measuring and confirm production efficiency index and control capacity. Finding solutions for  efficient and cost-saving production 　 
• Procurement of tools and machines for the production,also responsible for negotiate technical  specification ,pre-checking ,trial out and acceptance equipment /device and so on. 　 
• Cooperation at project teams, responsible for new project process development . 　 
• Creating and changing process plans,Responsible for manufacturing process continuous improvement.  
• Other work assigned by department supervisor. 　 　

• Be fmiliar with welding products,production organization,prduction process and understanding  customer's requirement and expectation 　 
• Have lean experience 　 
• At least 3 year experience of welding process 　 
• Be good at MS office , and CAD skill. 　 　 
• Degree or above major in mechanical and Engineering,Min. 5 years of work experience with   design in automobile or manufacture field
