SUMMARY:
Manage packing operations, packing material dispensing, blister pack, and bottle pack in Packing Department. Verify quality of product according to work order specifications and facilitate problems and coordinate resolution of any mechanical, material and/or personnel issues.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:


Communicate with staff, peers, and employees in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism by establishing an atmosphere of respect. Problem solve packing issues and problems as they occur. Direct staff to work efficiently and effectively within established company, good manufacturing, and safety guidelines. Work independently and as part of a team. Follow directions and follow through with assigned tasks. Communicate with others and assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions. Maintain a clean and safe work area.


Quality functions: Check employees for SOP compliance, verify batch record as checked by, reconciliation of batch record, complete batch record and submit the completed batch record to QA. Initiate deviation reports. Check logbook.
SUPERVISOR/PERSONNEL RESPONSIBILITES:
Supervises packing material dispensing, blister pack, and bottle pack in Packing Department.


QUALIFICATIONS:
(1) Five-years of previous supervision in a manufacturing and packing environment preferred.
(2) Working knowledge of all operation functions within manufacturing and packing preferred.
(3) Previous pharmaceutical finished dosage packing experience preferred.
(4) Understands basic mechanical principals and familiar with hand and power tools.
(5) Good communicaton skills - verbal and written (English and Chinese).
(6) Healthy and can work in shifts.

1、大专以上学历，5年以上工厂包装工段长工作经验；
2、具备工厂包装操作知识；
3. 有医药行业药品包装经验优先；
4、懂基本的机械原理；
5、具备良好的沟通能力，并具备一定的英文读写能力；
6、身体健康，能够进行倒班工作。
