As a Regional Total Rewards Leader, APAC, you will be responsible for the strategic design, development, and implementation of all benefit plans and compensation programs to ensure that programs and practices provide PPG with the ability to attract and retain talent. In this role, you will strategically assess the efficiency of current programs in achieving organizational objectives, identify best practices, and develop recommendations to align to HR strategy and business goals.

More specifically, you will:

• Provide regional perspectives and contributes to the design and execution of a global TR strategy, including broad-based, variable compensation and equity pay structures. Ensures alignment with the company’s objectives, initiatives, and budget guidelines.
• Ensure the global total rewards framework is applied locally to ensure consistency across the world but remaining competitive to country/regional practice.
• Partner with HR team members to lead reward and recognition programs for the company. Develop and coordinate communications strategies and activities crafted to educate and advise employees about total rewards.
• Evaluate and analyze cost implications of current and proposed plans. Provide compensation consultation to managers and the broader HR team, including. promotions, internal mobility, market competitiveness, position benchmarking studies, and industry trends/best practices.
• Conduct regular analysis such as gap-to-market assessments of compensation positioning relative to the competitive market, and internal equity analysis to ensure parity.
• Assesses competitiveness of existing employee benefits programs in comparison with total compensation. Identify, recommend, and implement changes to improve efficiency of plans, and to ensure the plan is meeting the needs of our employees. Manage brokers and third-party solution providers. Coordinate benefit and program implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
• At least 10 years of work experience in benefits and/or compensation
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, project management skills, and excellent verbal/written communication skills
