工作职责:

- Implementing recruitment policies, processes, technologies, channels at corporate OUs

- Delivering professional and quality services to both hiring leaders, agencies and candidate to ensure they have good experience with WuXi AppTec during the processes.

- Will involve Corporate Recruiting Project and Recruiting process

任职资格:

- Bachelor degree or above

- 4+ years HR working experience，Minimum 3+ working experience in recruiting

- Good commanded in both oral and written English.

- Skilled in Microsoft Office

- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment. Rigorous style and a real sense of total commitment and honor to the job.

- Good communication skills, fast learning, highly adaptable and working under pressure
