Key Accountabilities 

• Drive CEVA and Sector strategy and focus on operational excellence for nominated accounts(s)   
• Conduct and coordinate operational MBR/QBR’s for nominated customer(s) and internal   
• Share best practice, and continuous improvement, including engagement & coordination of new initiatives with customer with engagement of product and other departments when applicable   
• Provide strategic leadership and act as single point of contact for nominated strategic customer(s)   
• Review account strategies in conjunction with product leaders,  commercial account owner, Sector leaders and provide operational strategy to improve customer relationship   
• Maintain customer relationship at senior level and be comfortable in senior customer/CEVA environment   
• Drive operational onboarding to new product awards to assigned account(s) and provide support to on-board business
• Drive operational customers KPIs and ensure smooth operations and efficient processes and engagement with key stakeholders where service failures are identified (non-compliance) and corrective action is in place  
• Maintain on-going knowledge of procedural and/or regulatory changes as well as information published on the company’s intranets, and ensure distribution of information vital to the operations of the department/team
• Generate defined KPIs and provide material for routine reviews, conducting root cause analysis when results are subpar, and engaging the necessary teams for corrective measures      

Requirements      

• Degree in International Business or Logistics
• 5+ years’ experience in business or logistics industry – operational savvy 
• Project Implementation Experience
• Executive level interaction and presentation skills. 
• Leading a matrixed organization and achieving measurable results in a matrixed environment 
• Global leadership/communications 
• Communications on all levels/driving change across organization (should be able to hold regular communications on Executive Board level as well as help to resolve escalations and processes adoption issues on all level down to a small station). 
• Effective written communications. 
• Public speaking and presentation skills                         
• CEVA Operational process 
• Overall understanding of Air/Ocean/Ground/Contract logistics       
• Very strong board level communications
