岗位职责

1.及时维护更新现有招聘渠道,确保招聘信息全面准确；

2.负责招聘电话邀约, 协助安排面试；

3.负责新员工入职流程, 收集新员工入职资料收集；

4. 对接招聘团队, 启动背景调查流程协助完成新员工入职背景调查;

5. 负责部分岗位的简历筛选和电话沟通。

任职要求

1.本科学历；

2.有意从事招聘或人力资源工作，对此类工作有热情者, 具有较强的学习能力和沟通技巧;

3.英语会简单沟通
