Job Responsibilities/Deliverable:

1. Responsible for B2B business through channel and end user development in specified field like Bank, Gift to achieve sales target. 

 2. Establish and maintain stable sales channels structures, manage dealer's daily sales activities, ensure the process and compliance goal. 

 3. Actively expanding end-customer groups, improve brand influence to the potential customer, upgrade marketing share in the target market. 

 4. Responsible for all B2B sales related work including planning, implementation, reporting, coordination and monitoring to ensure business development fully complied with company sales policies and legislation. 

 5. Collect market feedback, provides business development advices, strengthen association with customers and dealers. 

 6. Other related daily sales work.    

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

1. Have a good understanding about B2B sales; 

2. Self-motivated and able to drive sales results; 

3. Have the ability of develop strategies and implement in target field; 

4. Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills;       

Qualification, Education and Experiences:

1. More than 5-year work experience in related industry,

2. More than 3-year work experience in B2B sales model, particularly in  Bank, gifts channel is preferred;

3. Bachelor degree above;
