- Sharing information and knowledge openly

- Arrange definition of project groups, design review, necessary developments.

- Organizing and controlling production and distribution of project documentation

- Taking actions to identify and mitigate or eliminate risks

- Analyze and address customer complaints

- Monitor purchasing plan and ensure that purchasing is conforming to the project schedule and specific contractual purchasing demands

- Organize Erection & Operating Manual documentations

- Project purchases jointly with the purchaser

- Contract status report

- Create and maintain project plan cost, project cash flow follow up

- Monitoring bookings and invoicing from the customer and suppliers

- Preview of liquidated damages

- Organization of commissioning, start-up and guarantee run

- Inform the customer of the readiness to start production

告知客户准备就绪并且开始生产

- Officially inform the customer that performance guarantee was achieved

- Closing the project

- Respond to failures during the warrantee period

负责试运期间的错误处理

- Introduction of service personnel to the customer

把客户引荐给服务团队

- Transferring the responsibility to the service organization at the end of the warrantee period

- Responsible for and take care of safety of subordinates

Qualifications 任职要求:

- Bachelor Degree in Industry

本科毕业，工科专业

- More than three years of experience in Project Management

3年以上项目管理经验

- IT knowledge: MS office, MR project, SAP would be advantage

有熟练的IT技能（MS office，MR project，SAP）者，优先考虑

- English speaking and writing

良好的英文口语和书写

- Work in cross functional teams

在多职能的团队中工作

- Flexibility for travelling
