1.    Responsible to establish injection mould, production equipments, factory facilities maintenance plan based on equipment specification, production requirements etc.    

2.    Ensure all planned injection mould/equipments/facilities maintenance actions are implemented in time and the equipments run as production process requirements.   

3.    Conduct training to maintenance engineer/shift leader and other related persons how to eliminate normal production equipments/facilities failures.  

4.     Organize team member, supplier to resume equipments/facility if there is any equipment break down or failure.           

5.     Lead equipment related continuous improvement from production efficiency, safety, energy, environment, ergonomics, etc.          

6.     As maintenance leader, arrange maintenance team member's daily work.          

7.     Responsible for new production line or equipment set up, hardware and software.          

8.     Maintenance cost control. 

9.     Implement Polytec integrated management system requirements and ensure quality, safety, environment, energy, risk related documents & records are archived accordingly.         

10.    Other tasks if necessary.
