【Senior Product Researcher 】(高级 产品研究设计)

The purposes of this position are:

As Product Researcher, you will support the Business Group (DA) (Category Air) Greater China to lead & deliver relevant PRC (Product research Center) tasks on the projects assigned to you, with supervision from Line manager.

Your goal is to bring ever-more rewarding and enjoyable experiences to consumers around the world,  by meeting their health & well-being needs via development & realization of winning & meaningful innovations.

You will be the Voice of Consumer in the project team, to ensure the consumer preferred product design for each project.

Cooperative Department:

-Cross function team: Consumer Marketing, Quality, Purchasing, Engineers, Philips Design, Research

-External: Research Agency

-Other PRC team

Key Areas of Responsibility：

• Delivers all necessary PRC deliverables for relevant projects on time and on quality, with supervision from Line manager. 

• Appropriate design and flawless execution of consumer study, to gain insights/understanding from target consumer.

• Ensure consumer understanding/insights are well captured and translated into superior product design.

• Fully engage in project meetings and contribute to team discussion and conclusion.

• Build and maintain close relationship with cross function team like marketing & MI.

• Help to build consumer centricity culture within innovation team.

岗位要求

• Minimum Qualification: University degree or above

• Preferred Qualification: Major in psychology, statistics, user experience, marketing or related fields will be a plus

• Experiences:

1. 3+ years of consumer insight related experience

2. Experience in product test/consumer research/marketing insight is required;

3. Experience in product innovation is required.

其他说明：

Primary/Mandatory Skills (Must to have)

本科以上学历，心理学/设计/市场研究等相关专业。3年以上用户研究相关调研经验（3-5年或者5年以上都可以）

Secondary/Optional Skills (Nice to have)

熟悉定量（quantitative）研究 and 定性(Qualitative)研究分析 。有海外项目经验或海外经验 更好

Communication

要求高，国内外沟通都有，荷兰为主

English skills

要求熟练用英语沟通，参加电话会议
