工作职责:

Job Responsibilities 

- Management of the FCM department with around 8 associates, including commercial responsibility and quality control of the department (business planning, budget/investment control, performance KPI’s) 

 

- Responsibility area: 

 

1) Facility management  

-- office area 

-- plant area including the technical areas of the plant (Installations, Power, Steam, Air, etc) 

Main tasks: 

-- Ensure the operability and preserve the value of real estate, provide necessary infrastructure and user-specific service 

 -- Construction and area management (architecture engineering, building   renovation, plant layout, outdoor installation) 

 --Technical equipment management for energy/medium supply, firefighting, security and building management 

-- Operation and maintenance for all facility/building equipment 

2) HSE Management 

 -- prevention of associates and environment 

 -- hazardous / dangerous / explosive goods management 

 -- occupational health and safety 

 -- environment protection 

 -- fire protection and emergency control  

acc. To legal requirements and internal regulations 

3) Support of manufacturing area regarding technical supplies, etc. 

4) Government relationship, cooperation with authorities in above areas, necessary legal reporting in above areas 

5) Administration & Service (e.g. Security, Canteen management, Drivers, Cleaning, general administration)

任职要求:

Job Requirements  

- Master (preferred) or Bachelor of Mechanical or Architectural Engineering 

- Good Management experience; Good judgment and analysis ability 

- HSE management knowledge; Familiar with the relevant local laws/regulations   

- Relevant facility knowledge for equipment & building 

- 8 years’ experience of management in above mentioned area (HSE or Facility) 

- Good Communication Skill and Cooperation incl. oral and written English 

 

- beneficial but not required: International working experience
