职位描述

Job Description
  • Provide full administrative support to KAM to maintain and develop the business and relationship with customers.
  • Provide all the necessary reports and assist in new projects.

Main Accountabilities

KAM Manager-Internal

  • Coordinate the administrative and logistics aspects of internal and external meetings and take the meeting minutes
  • Assist in all the reports (internal and external)
  • Assist in new project preparation
  • Provide analysis on Customer data and information under the instructions of the KAM Manager
  • Assist in recording and filing all the customer documents, such as contract, SOP, guidelines etc.

Stakeholders-Internal

  • Communicate with Ops team to track on the KPI and volume data
  • Provide KPI report/ scorecard
  • Coordination between KAM and other stakeholders such as Ops and vendors
  • Coordination with Ops on customer complaint follow up
  • Check and draft Ops Monthly report, including KPI report
  • Follow up Ops action plan and implementation result
  • Track on cost saving initiatives and make monthly report
  • Follow up on new project, such as hub migration, business expansion, IT project etc.
  • Collect and analyze feedback information from and to Ops
  • Help to improve service level and standardize reporting, such as design the format of Daily Report, Weekly Report

Process

  • Provide research and analysis support for customer programs & strategy development
  • Provide research and analysis support to identify business opportunities
  • Assist in RFQ or new business for existing customers
  • Assist in customer data administration
  • Follow up with Ops on customer complaint
  • Ensure adherence to SF DHL standards in line with corporate instructions

Experience

  • 1-2 years relevant working experience / no experience required for good talent

Education / Qualification / Certification Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Positive attitude with patience for customer issues
  • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Communication skills, spoken and written (English and Mandarin)
  • Good analysis skills
  • Team work player
  • Good at reporting and presentations
  • Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
