1.Drive Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI), Service Level Agreement’s (SLA) and standard execution framework for the foreign feeder operators in LOC coverage.

2.Improve E2E service delivery by keep the feeder schedule and optimize the connection with mother vessel.

3.Build, maintain and develop excellent relationship with various stakeholders both internally and external.

4.Update and maintain feeder Pro-forma and schedule in systems.

5.Emergency handling and contingency planning to protect safe and efficient feeder operations at sea / at port.

6.Analyse and drive RPA for Marine process, data, applications and system without changing current IT landscape.

7.Assist and attend team dynamic operation duty in case business requires. Also act as shift coordinator for better handover and efficiency.

Who we are looking for:

1.IT/ Programming background.

2.The ideal candidate will be a person who has an outgoing and convincing personality. A person with knowledge in process excellence and experience in robotic process automation solution. With a skill of time management and spirit of result orientation, who can also lead a virtual team in an international working environment.
