工作职责：

1、通过培训会和内训会、全国会等方式，协助全国销售业务的开展；

2、组织协调各版块负责人制定公司相应培训管理制度、培训实施流程等一体化培训管理框架体系，提高各版块培训工作开展的计划性与科学性；

3、负责核心课程的设计与课程规划，打造核心竞争力产品；

4、设计培训体系并组织评估培训效果；

5、定期进行市场调整，并与市场督导及销售人员沟通，收集培训材料及数据；

6、提升部门内培训人员的专业素质及培训技能；及时对下级进行指导或考核；

7、熟悉店务管理及连锁店培训体系。
