职位描述
Main duties
Change Management Support / Training support
Provides managers with sound advice and support in developing communication strategies and change their behaviours towards Lean
Realistically identifies issues and program obstacles
Imparts relevant work methods and tools based on division standards
Ensures that personnel from concerned departments receive appropriate training or coaching.
Provides appropriate support to department managers in maintaining implementation of the continuous-improvement initiatives within their respective sectors.
Teach directly the lean techniques with minimal requirements of Problem Solving, 5S, Standard work, Performance Visual management, Kaizen week
Implementation of Continuous Improvement Program (CIP)
Participates in the implementation of the Continuous-Improvement Program in the Business Unit (CIP)
Contributes to define the CIP parameters; identifies areas of improvement; implements a deployment plan for the continuous-improvement program; ensures the action plan’s follow-up; evaluates performance of the improvements; ensures processes are in compliance with legislation, standards, and regulations.
Clearly defines CIP objectives and scope.
Secures employee commitment for proactive change management
Appropriately implements principles of governance. Evaluates and prioritizes potential improvements based on gains and required effort.
Establishes a clear and well-articulated implementation plan.
Realistically defines specific project charters.
Resolves technical problems: e.g., formulation, equipment, product, interpretation of regulations, resource availability.
Implements performance indicators and establishes focus groups.
Appropriately verifies the sustainability of these measures
Management of Continuous-Improvement Projects
Implement sustainable solution to problems or improvement projects by Improving policies, procedures, and processes
Identifies opportunities for improvement and defines the issues;
Manages the continuous-improvement program & Performance plans : defines continuous-improvement needs; identifies team members and the role of each person; plans activities; determines corrective measures; implements the project and performs follow-up and ensure savings are achieved
Conducts a detailed analysis of the current situation and accurately describes the issues.
Identifies intervention priorities and indicators
Ensure that projects specifydeliverablesand track key performance indicators
Identifies available resources: people, material, finances
Clearly identifies team members and leaders, and clarifies their roles and responsibilities.
Understands and can deploy visual management
Mandatory:
A university degree in science, engineering or management
5 years minimum of experience in an industry where lean was implemented, ideally in a role of continuous improvement or production.
Speaking English is mandatory, manager is English.
Able to move the organization from low level of maturity in Lean to World Class
Experience in change management and/or HR programs
