ABOUT THE ROLE The Sales and Support Coordinator is a fast-paced role at the sharp end of the business helping deliver our ambitious growth targets.
You’ll be part of the Global SAS team, with a key focus on protecting existing revenue for key accounts, working closely with global sales colleagues in Asia to make sure we give our business and consumer customers a consistently brilliant experience that keeps them coming back for more.
What you’ll be accountable for:
? Full account management responsibilities of key accounts in Asia.
? Identifying up-sale and cross-sale opportunities whilst protecting existing revenue of key customer accounts.
? Providing operational support to Field Sales Managers and your customers with onboarding, quotations and order processing.
? Resolving a variety of issues for our customers throughout APAC, in a timely manner and delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
? Liaising with customers to provide post-order support for all sales orders.
? Being the first point of contact for business customer enquiries via phone and email.
? Managing customer profiles, issues, escalations and resolutions through NetSuite, our Enterprise Resource Planning
system, and SAP, our Client Relationship Management system.
? Working with vendors and colleagues in Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Credit departments to resolve customer issues at top speed and with minimum fuss.
? Supporting business build with projects, systems testing and process enhancements.

Essential knowledge, skills and experience:
? Minimum two years’experience of supporting senior managers in a Sales, Account Manager or Customer Service role? Working in a regional or global role with experience of dealing with customers from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
? Working knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems – preferably NetSuite and SAP.
? Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office – especially excel.
Desirable knowledge, skills and experience:
? The ability to read and write Japanese is preferred.
? Knowledge and experience of Single Board Computing and IoT with a passion for electronics.
