天津招聘

1. Assist in HR functions including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, training, termination process, reporting and data analytics, preparation of HR contract, maintaining/archiving all personnel information in database/files, Paid Time Off (PTO)/Leave Of Absence (LOA)/Time Attendance (TA) administration, cope with associate relation issues and concerns.

2. Assist in daily office administration including purchasing/procurement, receiving, AM (asset management) assistance, company event/activity arrangements

3. Assist in executive assistance including helping executives with arrangements on hotel, flight, shuttles, internal and/or external appointments with associates/business partners, meeting minutes and summary.

4. Assist in any other assigned administrative tasks by US customers. Examples are HR/Payroll related admin work.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·      Bachelor’s degree. HR related major is a plus.

·      2+ years of related work experience in HR and/or administration.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to demonstrate and teach company’s Mission, Values, and Culture
• Ability to organize data and draft reports on weekly and monthly basis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication (oral and written), presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to solve problems independently
• CET-4 or higher level, effective verbal and written English is a must.

• Strong sense of responsibilities
• Excellent soft people skill
