Job Description:

Support of the management in the development and implementation of internal company processes;

  

Order, contract review, management and observing of delivery and observing of invoicing on time;

  

Master data management - dealing with customer records, project structures, material records, parts lists, material components, etc;

  

Creating, controlling and optimizing internal processes of company;

  

Controlling of part requirements and scheduling of material components;

  

Checking legal contents, company related official letters;

  

Communication with authorities;

  

Controlling of working and compliance discipline at office;

  

Purchasing of oversea parts and project business;

  

Sales price calculation of spare parts;

  

Offer calculation for after sales service cases;

  

Maintain of stock volume;

  

Execution of monthly SOP planning.

  

 

  

Reqiurements:

  

Commercial education background;

  

Very good English skills;

  

Experience with ERP system;

  

Management, commercial skills;

  

Knowledge about Chinese enterprise regulations.
