Support merchandising team to build midterm sophisticated demand buying planning according to established business target, force to implement and tracking the execution of program/ actions. Lead data base integration, be responsible for the buying budget control, inventory monitor, S&OP and internal liquidation organization.

主要职责：

Lead the Merchandising Demand planning building

？ Work with Merchandising head and portfolio brand commercial manager on rolling commercial forecast( PGP, Top line)

？ Establish the Merchandising demand planning fundamental based on business target and sell thru life cycle management( top line/ PGP/ liquidation/future order/ in season implement/inventory, OIH)

？ Own the whole process and keep optimize the tools and process( KFP life cycle management & smart tools)

？ Ensure the supply efficiency and effective based on demand planning and commercial rolling forecasting

？ Closely working with Supply team, S&OP team, Allocation team and Sales team for maximize the sales with optimized stock value.

Lead S&OP process

？ Organize and provide monthly analysis/report of significant changes during S&OP meeting, both at the working level and executive level. Figure out the future risk and opportunity

？ Develop monitor system on the key merchandising project performance and executive situation. Force executive.

Buying budget control/OTB management

？ By season portfolio brand B2C buying budget monitor and control ensure both topline and Amer inventory in right situation.

？ Quarterly evaluate and estimate the stock situation for Amer sports, proactive lead internal sales by building liquidation planning and lead executive.

Key player of complexity reduction

？ Be responsible for portfolio brand DSI and SKU reduction. Quarterly review and proactively take action on Amer aged stock ( thru internal sales, cross channel liquidation planning)

Closely work with cross function for cross channel stock management and achieve the KPI

能力需求：

Strong in Excel analysis &Language.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel/ Good in English

Accuracy is required in performing all functions of this position. Proactive &strive for continues improvement.

Strong communication ,report& analysis skill

Lead cross function communication and integrate single version report

Strong business sense and result oriented.
