Job Mission
Use existing IT solution, such as CRM and other social applications, implement related marketing activity plans according to the business needs, and feedback data through BI systems.
General Purpose of the Job
Through the quick and flexible implementation, establish a standard operation process, improve the digital marketing mechanism of the business department, and empower them to conduct business better.
Main Responsibility Areas
l Assist the marketing team to complete the extraction of member data and the implementation of member activities through the CRM and Social CRM systems.
l Work closely with sales, marketing, application vendor to confirm requirements, cooperate with multi department to make sure CRM activities implementation correctly and be responsible for CRM data uploading and make sure the accuracy and timely. Generate report on marketing campaign feedback.
l Design CRM admin workflow, develop user manual and training materials, providing training to local users.
l Cooperate with vendor to deliver or fetch data from BI report system for marketing and sales team.
l Focus on CRM data quality and continuously optimize for improving the operational efficiency. Utilize the available internal data sources to provide operation suggestion to assist in business improvement.
l Maintain a work with system user & vendor team to enable the flexibility for potential business needs and follow up CRM issue solving.
Role Specific Competencies
l Experienced on CRM systems operation, and Database skills (SQL or Oracle) is preferred.
l Good knowledge in MS Office, in particular excel.
l Capability to use data to drive business decisions & plan optimization is preferred.
l Good communication skill and commitment to teamwork and ability to operate in a matrix business environment.
l Work experience in an international company is preferred.
l Fluent in both Mandarin and English.

Consumer related business solutions, including CRM, Social CRM, CMS, mobile APP, WeChat mini programs.
