Main Responsibility Areas：

1.     In charge of the sales and stocks analysis on a weekly and monthly basis, including sell in, sell through, stock structures for in season and off season products in all channels;

  2.     Assistant demand planning manager to analyze the historical sales, on hand stock & carry over stock to forecast the OTB plan of each season, and work out the yearly inventory plan on business target;

  3.     Monthly update and review the stock in/out for all channels, ensure the inventory level, DSI, Sales/Stocks Ratio is on target, alert the risky and opportunity with related stakeholders;

  4.     Be a key player for the data & report management for merchandising team;

  5.     Key role for IT projects, including the ERP system maintenance & expanding;

  6.     Bring the insights of sales & stock analysis into the S&OP meeting, initiate the actions to improve and set up the interactions with cross functions to achieve the common target.    

  1.     Strong data analysis & report skill, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint etc;

  2.     Experiences in using ERP system;

  3.     Good in English;

  4.     Strong communication capability;

More than 3 years working experience of data analysis, planning or operation in related industry;
