职位描述

General Purpose of the Job ：

Support own and franchise retail business achievement and people development by delivering training/coaching in store/client trainer level.

Main Responsibility Areas：

? Training courseware delivery to both own retail and franchise to ensure they are qualified in brand/product knowledge, service /selling skill, store operate and store management.

? Participate in training content/ training tools development, including basic training, seasonal product training and other project based training, which could eventually enhance the business.

? Onsite coaching by regularly store visit to evaluate the in-store training implementation, as well as tracking the training result and dig out store opportunities with commercial sense.

? Understand training needs of stakeholders and involve in training project developing which can fulfill those needs in high quality & professional way.

? Monthly/yearly regional training plan set up base on national training calendar.

? Other training administration job like training record filling, data filtering & summarizing and training system/e-learning system maintenance, etc.

Role Specific Competencies：

? Strongly capacity of training delivery and courseware development, creativity is important.

? Planning & Preparation: Maintains detailed plans & uses them to prioritize activities. Well prepared for each training session & store visit.

? Be familiar with training relevant software and skills like powerpoint / video editing or etc.

? Proficient in English, Integrity and professionalism, accountability for results are all important for this position.

? Any certification of training or sports lover will be a plus.

Needed Working Experience：

? Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in multi-national company, familiarity with Retail operations.

? Experience in retail, training/education is plus.

? Have successful track record and target achievement in retail training is plus.
