Position responsibilities：

岗位职责

1、 负责公司网络管理、电脑维护、有线无线网络维护，门禁系统，网络监视系统及办公设备维护；

Be responsible for network management, PC maintenance, wire/wireless network maintenance, Entrance guarding system maintenance，Network monitoring system maintenance and office equipment maintenance;

2、 负责网络平台的运行监控和维护，服务器、路由器、交换机等设备管理和维护；

Be responsible for network monitoring and maintenance, including server, router, switch etc.

3、 负责支持和部署当地办事处的组织网络和数据安全政策；

Be responsible for supporting and deploy organization network and data security policies in the local office.

4、 负责公司新进员工账号创建，离职员工账号注销及IT资产管理；

Be responsible for new comer account creating, old account removing and IT assets management.

5、 负责确保ERP、PDM在当地组织为所有用户的访问；

Be responsible for ensuring ERP and PDM access for all users in the local organization.

6、 监控并支持备份和灾难恢复系统，确保其正常运作；

Monitor and Support backup and disaster recovery systems, ensure robustness.

7、 支持LAN/WAN架构以满足集团IS经理对网络的要求；

Support LAN/WAN infrastructure to meet the current and proposed demands of the network as required by the Group IS manager.

1. 针对本地条件详细说明个人数据保护手册（从活动记录和本地系统处理）中概述的数据保护过程；
2. pan>Detailing data protection processes outlined in the Personal Data Protection Handbook for the local conditions (processing from the Records of Processing activities and local systems).
3. 支持和执行个人数据保护手册中详细说明的数据保护过程；
4. pan>Support and execution of the (detailed) data protection processes outlined in the personal Data Protection Handbook.
5. pan>-将任何事件尽快报告给数据保护干事（DPO）；
6. pan>-Reporting any incidents as soon as detected to the Data Protection Officer (DPO)
7. pan>-确保将任何新的个人数据处理添加到处理记录中，并确定风险级别；
8. pan>-Securing that any new processing of personal data is added to the Records of Processing and determine the risk level.
9. pan>-如果风险水平较高，则应执行数据保护影响评估（DPIA）；
10. pan>-If the risk level is High a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) should be performed
11. pan>-确保对过时的个人数据的修剪是在系统所有者（SO）的支持下定期执行的；
12. pan>-Securing that pruning of outdated personal data is performed on a regular basis with the support from System Owners (SO).
13. 对所在地的监管机构负责处理，其中法人为控制者；
14. pan>Responsible towards the local supervisory authority for processing where the legal entity is the controller.
15. 关于数据主体类问题负责联系Alimak集团(privacy@alimakgroup.com)；
16. pan>Responsible towards data subjects contacting Alimak Group (privacy@alimakgroup.com).
17. pan>-执行支持数据主体行使权利的过程；
18. pan>-Execution of processes supporting the Data subjects to exercise their rights.
19. 负责业务设计中的隐私保护以及改变的或新的IT解决方案（具有过程所有者（PO）和/或全球IT经理/ CIO的支持）；

Responsible for securing Privacy by Design in business transformation as well as of changed or new IT solutions (with support from the Process Owner (PO) and/or Global IT Manager / CIO ).

16、 完成公司和上级安排的其他工作。

Other tasks assigned by corporate and local BU.

Job requirement：

任职资格

1、 计算机相关大专及以上学历，具有2年以上网络管理工作经验；

College degree or above, majored in computer, 2 years working experiences in network management;

2、 工作责任心强，认真负责，具有良好的沟通协调及逻辑思维能力、踏实认真的工作态度；

Strong sense of responsibility, conscientious and responsible, with good communication, coordination and logical thinking ability, and earnest and conscientious working attitude.

3、 熟悉IT机房，对服务器、路由器、交换机、无线等IT设备能够熟练操作及维护，对于硬件的维护有一定经验具备故障诊断和处理能力；

Be familiar with the IT room. Be able to operate and maintain the IT equipment such as the server, the router, the switch, the wireless and so on. For the maintenance of the hardware. Be able to diagnose and deal with the trouble.

4、 熟悉Windows系统及其平台下的各种应用服务，能够管理、维护域控，并指定相应策略；

Be familiar with all kinds of application services under the Windows platform, be able to manage and maintain domain control, and specify corresponding strategies.

5、 熟悉网络布线、程控交换机配置和维护工作；

Be familiar with network wiring, SPC switch configuration and maintenance work;

6、 对信息安全有充分认识，熟悉病毒防护、漏洞防护、网络安全监控及流量控制等技术；

Full knowledge of information security, familiar with virus protection, vulnerability protection, network security monitoring and traffic control technology;

7、 熟悉办公电子设备（打印机、复印机、电脑、门禁、电话交换机等）的维护，能进行简易维修。

Be familiar with office electronic equipment (printers, copiers, computers, access control, telephone exchanges, etc.) maintenance, easy maintenance.

8、 熟练的英文口语和书写。
