Job description

候选人需要能够对各种项目的技术规范进行独立评审以及确认。

Candidate should be capable to independently review and validate technical specification for multiple projects.

主要工作职责：

Essential Duties and Responsibilities：

1. 熟悉相关机械工艺流程

Be familiar with the relevant mechanical processing.

2. 根据报价以及客户协调和准备技术规范。

Coordinate and prepare specifications based on bids and customers. Effectively communicate this towards estimation and operation teams.

1. 关键职责为识别出每个报价以及客户需要的资质要求。根据公司现有的资质体系，识别出当进行一个项目时是否达标或者需要额外的许可/资质。

Key responsibility is to identify which qualifications that is required on individual bids and customers. Validate this towards our current qualifications, thereby clearly identifying if within compliance or additional approvals/qualifications are required for accepting a project. 

1. 为质量部门和报价部门建立和维护技术评审体系。

Establish and maintain a technical review system in coordination with quality and estimation teams.  

1. 准备和分类针对特定的客户需要哪些许可以及资质。

Prepare and classify which approvals and qualifications are required towards specific customers.

1. 针对单个项目为销售部门准备技术文件，如技术要求以及/或者偏差请求等。

Prepare technical documents towards sales team in reference to technical requirements and/or deviations on individual project level.

7. 协助估价部门其他工作。

Assist with other Estimating Department work.

岗位要求：

Qualifications:

1. 教育以及经历
2. >Education and Experience:
3. 工程类本科
4. chelor in Engineering.
5. 有5年以上机械工艺加工和相关机械技术规范经验
6. perience in mechanical processing and relevant specifications over 5 years
7. 有可再生能源相关工作经验为佳
8. perience within the renewable energy section will be beneficial.

11. 良好的人际关系以及表达能力，可以清楚介绍技术相关主题并完成部门其他工作。

Good interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present technical topics and completing the arranged work from Estimating Team leader.

1. 做事有条理有规划，可以独立工作。

Highly organized and structured – work independently and prudentially.

1. 了解有关ISO的知识以及其他公认国际质量体系标准和要求。

Knowledge of ISO and other recognized international quality system standards and requirements.

1. 熟练运用AutoCAD和办公软件

Experienced in AutoCAD and office software.

1. 熟练英语口语以及书面书写。

Proficient in both spoken and written English is imperative.
