Major/Key responsibilities

-Align with Regional Marketing Team & SGM regional sales team to pursue business opportunities---50%:

Understand their each quarter/car line business targets, key challenges and opportunities
Promote/Re-configure GMAC-SAIC retail products to help each SGM regions/car lines sales
Initiating retail financing programs together with GMAC-SAIC field sales team and regional SGM team together obtain internal approval
Coordinate the implementation of such marketing programs ensure all is executed according to planned levels
Appraise the effectiveness each retail financing programs


-Align with OEM brands central sales & marketing staff---40%:

Quarterly/Annual by each car line retail financing programs plan
Draft/Implement launch national retail financing programs on each potential car lines by obtained OEMs budget
Maintain centrally OEM car product planning/key marketing staff/key sales staff relationship to gain most updated OEM movement intelligence to GMAC-SAIC
Sell GMAC-SAIC value propositions to OEMs central office staff


-As the partner of each sales regions, the role shall also compile---10%:

Each market key competitors intelligence information collection/SWOT reviews for GMAC-SAIC
Raise product/pricing/policies/procedures revision recommendations to sustain/increase GMAC-SAIC retail advantages in local market
Locally coordinated PRM campaigns


Educational and Qualification Requirements:

-More than 2 years working experience
-Bachelor degree or above
-Good skill of excel, access and related data tools
-Fast in learning
-Careful, responsible and have ability of analysis
