WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO 岗位职责：

1. 负责公司天猫店铺规划、运营、客户关系管理等经营性工作；

2. 负责每月运营方案的制定与实施，效果跟踪、评估和数据分析；

3. 负责店铺各类促销活动策划及活动报名、监控并收集数据信息，及时提出优化调整建议；

4. 负责协调好店铺设计师、客服等团队成员的工作，及时沟通调整并给予建设性意见，完成店铺销售目标；

5. 监控营销数据、交易数据、商品管理、会员管理及提出营销改进措施及改进方案；

6. 负责收集市场及行业信息，对竞争对手的品牌、价位进行研究，提出应对措施，做出可行性分析报告。

WHAT YOU’RE GREAT AT 任职要求：

1. 了解电商市场态势与运营模式，熟悉天猫的后台操作流程及平台规则；

2. 精通各类推广工具，具有独立管理店铺以及能协调多方资源保障店铺销售业绩达成的经验，2年以上的天猫运营经验；

3. 有618/双11等大型店铺活动，包含商品选品、店铺玩法、页面框架、店铺布局等；

4. 具有良好的市场策划能力，数据分析能力，逻辑思维清晰，责任心强，沟通协调能力，抗压能力及团队合作精神；

5. 本科及以上学历，市场营销或电子商务相关专业毕业，熟练应用EXCEL，WORD，PPT等办公软件。

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
