Job Responsibility:

Reporting directly to our Certification Manager, you will work closely with your team and the other departments (Operations, Quality Assurance, Sales) in order to support their technical needs, provide them with industry and regulatory information, maintain and manage internal technical knowledge regarding products certification.

Your main responsibilities will include (but not limited) to:

• Support the development of new procedures related to new technical regulations for products;
• Support technical regulations and =standards monitoring;
• Attend Certification workshops and gather technical information; 
• Attend technical committees where applicable;
• Support training to Sales and client regarding certification processes;
• Follow up with Government including but not limited to Customs and Boarding, SASO, MOCI, SFDA with outstanding items or request for clarification on technical requirements…;
• Review Testing, Audit, Inspection report in accordance to the appropriate product standards;
• Drafting Certificates of conformity to support the back-office teams;
• Maintain records and track team performance in IT system;
• Coordinate with the Certification team to complete the Certification processes;
• Act as an expert in the field of product technical regulation;
• Manage orders, records for Certification operation;
• General customer service includes responding to technical inquiries related to Certification business;

Job Requirement:

In order to succeed in this role, you must:

• Hold an Engineering Degree with major in Textile, or any related area;
• Have experience in CB lab testing, certification or quality assurance industry will be perfect;
• Have experience in factory auditing will be an advantage will be perfect;
• Have the ability to understand to interpret IECEE regulations and standards will be perfect;
• Have excellent writing, presentation, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure, learn quickly and seek new assignments, pay attention to details, and meeting tight deadlines;
• Can assess workload and resources accordingly;
• Be quality minded with high attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills;
• Able to read, write and communicate well in English;
