岗位职责：
1.Identify the training programs for the team members; coach and mentor team members to develop agile capabilities, self-organization etc.; explain benefits and scrum principles to the product owner and team where required.
2.Plan for capability development, identify training initiatives needed across multiple teams and organize for the same
3.Build a sustainable team – focusing on high performing teams, needs around soft skills.
职位要求：
1、DevOps practice experience
2、Candidate is familiar with general development tools and be good at writing script to use DevOps tool
3、Can train development team to adopt DevOps hand by hand
4、Help development team member to resolve detailed issues case by case
5.必须会TDD工作方法论的，必须会写代码
