Position Summary:
The purpose of the Senior HR Specialist is to implement the talent acquisition plan and implement & support the Learning & Development plan and projects at Metso China level(mainly support North China area): Implement global resourcing system, guidelines, tools and processes in China ; Maintain efficient resourcing channels for ensuring cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction; organize and follow up the learning & development activities on local, provide functional consultation and Training to all line managers per needs. .
Responsibilities:
· Work with regional HR team to understand the business requirement on recruitment
· Independently handle recruiting activities for related business lines; Deeply understand position background and JD to search and screen out suitable candidates
· Arrange all process of interview, and work with hiring manager to provide interview and employment advices
· Work closely with recruitment service venders and ensure recruitment channel effectiveness & efficiency
· prepare and submit kinds of recruiting analysis report regularly
· Deliver New hire Orientation to new comer
· Work with regional HR Manager, communicate with line managers to gather and analysis the learning & Development needs and assist to work out yearly training plan/schedule.
· Monitor and control all L&D activities to make sure all L&D expenses reasonably and effectively
· Follow up and evaluate each training course. Make training report periodically to feedback to management.
· Support & implement Global/China RS&LD projects in local with high efficiency and professional standard
· Complete other assignments from the managers.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· With a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, at least 3+ years HR experience of recruitment or L&D, relevant industry background is preferred.
· Knowledge of Labor laws and related regulations.
· Recruitment experiences in country base is a plus,
· Ability to effectively communicate (in writing and verbally) to all levels of Organization
· Proficiency with MS software and database management systems.
· Native Chinese Speaker and proficient English in both writing and speaking
· Experience & understanding of training management is required.
