BUSINESS TITLE: Service Engineer 服务工程师

REPORT TO: Service Manager

WORK LOCATION: Shanghai

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To implement the commissioning job, warranty job and repairing job of mobile C&S machines according arrangement of service manager. Feedback the quality issue to supervisor and assist supervisor to handle customer complaints.

按安排完成移动式破碎筛分机的开机调试、保修、修理等日常工作。向上级反馈产品质量问题，协助上级处理客户投诉。

· Support to the distributors and the end users, including technical training, technical consulting and trouble shooting.

对代理商和用户进行产品支持，包括对代理商和用户的技术培训、技术咨询、故障排除。

·Be safety work and safety living.

安全工作和生活。

·Work close with the sales team to develop the customer’s satisfaction and relationship.

和销售团队紧密协作，做好客户满意度工作。

·Work close with the parts sales team and Luoyang service center to develop aftermarket business; promote the sales business of consumables and parts.

和零配件销售团队、洛阳服务中心紧密协作，发展后市场业务，促进消耗品及零配件的销售。

·Report to Service Manager, Sales area China, Sandvik Construction.

汇报给中国区工程机械后市场部破碎筛分机服务主管。

QUALIFICATION:

·Majoring in mechanical engineering, having hydraulic, electric and mechanical background.

机械工程专业, 有液压、电气和机械知识背景。

·More than 3 years’ experiences in construction engineering industry, having mobile Crusher&Sreening machines service experiences are preferred.

3年以上工程机械行业经验，有移动式破碎筛分机服务经验者优先。

·Be very healthy and willing to travel frequently.

身体健康，能适应经常性出差。

·Good attitude on customer service.

良好的客户服务态度。

·Good communication skill, sometimes as the role of trainer.

良好的沟通技巧，有时作为培训师的角色。

·Very good English in reading. May write report in English and communicate with foreigner. Good proficiency in MS office – such as Excel and PowerPoint

良好的英文阅读能力，可用英文进行书写和口语沟通。熟练运用MS办公软件，如Excel和Powerpoint.
