岗位职责:

1. Familiar with current local market, analysis of customer research and competitor information.
熟悉当地市场情况、分析客户需求以及竞争者运营情况。
2. Develop and implement marketing strategy and plan for medical services.
制定市场推广策略和计划。
3. Work with the sales team closely, and get feedback from sales to adjust marketing activities and plan.
与销售团队紧密合作，获得销售团队的反馈信息及时调整市场计划以及活动。
4. Manage and coordinate offline promotion, such as marketing event and advertising.
负责组织线下推广，如市场活动、广告等。
5. Expand and develop online marketing platforms including online related media and social media platforms.
负责拓展线上相关媒体平台以及社交媒体的推广投放。
6. Edit and revise the promotion content with doctors.
与医生协商编辑以及修改推广内容。
7. Monitor productivity of the marketing plans and review all marketing activity and results.
监测市场计划的有效性，回顾所有市场活动结果。
8. Expand the collaboration with partners.
拓展与合作伙伴的渠道合作。

任职资格:

1. Bachelor’s (University) Degree, Marketing or Public Relations preferred, medical background preferred
2. Proven ability to work as a team player
3. Fluent English and Chinese
4. At least 3 years product management experience in marketing
5. Familiar with online marketing, key words optimization and website promotion
6. Solid Chinese and English writing skills
