Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

- Assist RD division manager and each cluster manager in routine task and general administrative tasks, such as daily schedule, travel management and reimbursement, outing activity, team building activities etc.

- Organize weekly management meeting, monthly review meeting, R&D strategy workshop and Town Hall meeting.

- Support Headquarters visitor of agenda arrangement, customer visit and reception.

- Collect data of RD resource status, update and generate reports.

- Provide general administration and assistant to R&D staff where applicable; Office administrative organization: e.g., order office supplies, office machine/furniture maintenance, organize, file management, update and maintain RD webpage etc.

- Organize new-comer integration program, arrange regular trainings of basic knowledge like lean training and PLM process; other relevant things arrangement (account, IT service, telephone, etc.)

- Support to the company relocation, draft plans of new RD office layout and organize the move efficiently.

- Act as the coordinator of RD fixed asset management, support to fixed asset application and scrapping process, lead annual FA&AUC stocktaking.

- Attend CIP group 5S team meeting, 5S responder of R&D building.

- Act as the contact for internal and external visitors.

- SNC activities organization together with other secretaries.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Working experience: 2-3 years working experience in multinational companies with administration or assistant experience.

Good communication, organization and cooperation skills.

Fluent English Language.

Good at MS office software.

Active, willing to learn. Good team work.
