职位描述

Develop and drive the development of LLA customers in Wuhan area. Builiding up strong customers base and focusing on customers with local-control business. Identify sales opportunities and ensure execution of strategic plan on LLA to over-achieve sales target with good teamwork spirit. Focus on Sectors (Verticals), example, Automotive, Industrial, E-Commerce, Hi-tech, Healthcare, Retail.
1. Build, drive and lead the development of LLA accounts in Wuhan area.
2.Supporting Sales Manager to execute the business plan related to LLA business maintainance and growth.
3.Ensure proper and timely update on C-View (CRM).
4. Utilize right resources and channel to overachieve sales target.
5.Assure compliance of Sales process of LLA team (including but not limited to Tender Management, Business Implementation, Account Management, etc.)
6.Interface and communicate with all related products and departments to set SOP to ensure smooth operation to minimize customer's complaint or service issues. For any service failure occurred, timely response and report shall be taken to lessen the impact.
7.Enusre proper involvement of sales and product management to win right opportunities from LLA accounts.
8.Responsible to monitor and push for AR collection towards company’s KPI target
9.Have good sales sense and market knowledge
10.Follow up other sales KPI and targets set by company, such as pipeline, new win and monthly customers meeting. Company reserves the right to adjust the KPI every year
11.Refer to the yearly announced "Sales Incentive Plan" to strictly follow up the principle to meet the incentive threshold and the minimum sales target, which is net revenue covers 3.5 times of average monthly basic salary. (First half year 1.5 times, Second half year 2.5 times of average monthly basic salary.)
12. Any other duties are assigned by next level.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills
1. 5-10 year work experience in Freight Forwarding Field Sales function
2. 10 years+ on Sales / Key Account hunting experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
3. Global Forwarders working experience
4.Good communication and time management skills
