1. 焊接首件测量出报告，协同班长进行尺寸分析，确认调整方案并实施，生成记录，尺寸报告应满足后续生产需求。The measurement report of the first welding piece shall be carried out with the team leader for dimensional analysis, the adjustment scheme shall be confirmed and implemented, and the record shall be generated. The dimension report shall meet the requirements of subsequent production.
2. 排查并修复工装夹具的关键定位点，使得每一件装夹稳定一致。Check and repair the key positioning points of fixture to make each fixture stable and consistent.
3. 再次确认调整后状态是否达标。Confirm again whether the adjusted state is up to standard.
4. 按照车间规定协助各岗位员工如期更换易损件，如导电嘴、导电嘴基座、喷嘴、灭弧罩、分流器、夹持器、送丝软管、送丝嘴、黑色送丝套管等，并将铜质易损件统一回收至文员管理室，减少焊接废次品、减少成品。According to the workshop regulations, assist the staff of each post to replace the vulnerable parts as scheduled, such as conductive nozzle, conductive nozzle base, nozzle, arc extinguishing cover, shunt, gripper, wire feeding hose, wire feeding nozzle, black wire feeding sleeve, etc., and uniformly recycle the copper vulnerable parts to the clerical management room, so as to reduce welding waste and finished products.
5. 检查检具状态，发现问题点应及时记录并上报生产线班长。当班处理不了的，应指导员工完整填写《TPM卡》并与维修人员交接。Check the status of inspection tools, and timely record and report the problems to the production line leader. If it can not be handled on duty, the staff should be instructed to fill in the TPM card completely and hand it over to the maintenance personnel.
6. 协助班长，并指导各岗位员工适时开展设备日常维护、保养、简单维修、设备改进工作，确保现场有序、设备稳定可靠，从而降低潜在停台风险和提高设备利用率。Assist the team leader, and guide the staff of each post to carry out the daily maintenance, maintenance, simple repair and equipment improvement timely to ensure the orderly site and stable and reliable equipment, so as to reduce the potential shutdown risk and improve the utilization rate of equipment.
7. 配合生产线班长在倒班休息日维护关键设备。Cooperate with the production line leader to maintain the key equipment on the shift day.
8. 配合班长定期备份及更新焊接程序，用U盘存储所有焊接程序，归类存档，删减不需要的程序，方便调试作业。Cooperate with the team leader to backup and update welding procedures regularly, store all welding procedures with U disk, classify and archive, delete unnecessary procedures, so as to facilitate commissioning.
9.匹配焊接间隙状态并生成记录，对比样件分析线边零件导致间隙超差的原因，协助相关人员对其优化，持续控制焊接质量。Match the welding gap state and generate records, compare the sample to analyze the causes of the gap difference caused by the linear parts, assist the relevant personnel to optimize the gap and continuously control the welding quality.
10.协助班长对新员工进行岗位操作培训、监督及指导工作，指导其处理设备故障和实施5S、TPM工作。Assist the team leader to train, supervise and guide the new employees to deal with equipment failure and implement 5S and TPM work.

   成都分公司位于四川省成都市经济技术开发区268号，富奥工业园区内。2011年底建成投产，建筑面积17373平方米。成都分厂为一汽大众成都第三工厂提供地盘零部件产品。
   佛山分公司位于广东省佛山市狮山镇粤众路268号，一汽大众工业园内。2013年建成投产，建筑面积2.4万平方米。佛山分厂为一汽大众佛山第四工厂提供地盘零部件产品。
   2016年，公司根据业务发展需要和战略部署，在美丽的海滨城市天津投资建设第四家分厂，投产AUDI Q2和A SUV项目，2018年量产。
