职位要求：

1. 2021 届计算机，软工，信息，通信，电子，数学等 IT 理工科相关专业本科毕业生。 

2. 有志于从事 IT 行业，快速学习新知识，如金融产品知识、net/C 编码语言、数据库 （MySQL/MS SQL）、敏捷 scrum 开发过程等。 

3. 充足的实习时间，一周实习 5 天者优先考虑。 

4. 具有英语 CET-4/6 或良好的英语读写说能力者优先考虑。 

5. 良好的沟通和团队合作精神。 

6. 表现良好者毕业提供转正留用机会。
