岗位职责：

1. Input correct info in system and cfm timely draft HBL confirmation with clients. If there is special SOP request, need follow it with system input.

2. Submit SI/VGM/e-Manifest, Confirm HBL/MBL draft with customers and carriers.

3. Update operational system in timely manner, Issue billing and settle local vendor payment, Upload document into Onescan and send pre-alert

4. Release HBL after receiving payment, strictly follow AR policy

5. Follow SOP request for any of special operations.

6. Feedback to supervisor any of documents issues which can not be solved quickly.     

岗位要求：

1.College degree

2.At least 3 year ocean operation experience in freight forwarding industry

Certifications and Licenses (Optional but advantageous)

3.Mandarin and English language proficiency ,Computer literate

4.Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties,Good customer service sense and skill
