Our Client:
Our client is a global leader within a world-leading coatings supplier for many different markets. They have entered China for many years, and have many offices and factories in China
We are looking for a Sales Manager People with the abilities and desire drive to become a part of the global team. The job location is flexible.
Report to: GM(one European)
Overall Purpose of Job:
? To lead the mining sales team and work with the GM on formulating/executing the sales and marketing strategy for China's e growth in the mining industry.
Responsibilities:
? Be responsible for the daily operation of the mining team and the business
? Lead and manage almost 10 persons team
? Manage and develop the mining sales team
? Identify and develop new mining customers
? Maintain and further develop selected strategic customers
? Cooperate and communicate with associate offices in many other countries to maximise potential and align activities.
? Provide timely feedback to GM
? Frequent travelling is expected. Customers visits and co-travelling with team members.
Qualifications:
? The necessary Professional Knowledge & Competencies for the position holder should be listed here.
? Proven track record in sales (growth and profitability)
? Team leader experience
? Some years experience in mining industry
? Network in mining industry
? Experience from global company
