天津招聘

岗位职责:

1、To be in charge of training needs analysis for all functions
2、To planning and organizing general training program to meet the business needs
3、To coordinate with functional departments to ensure the program’s implementation
4、To monitor and follow up the implementation of skills and knowledge
5、To collect and update all general training materials
6、To be in charge of logistics such as transportation, accommodation, events
7、To update and maintain the training record of database.
8、To be in charge of orientation training for new staff

任职资格:

Education:
College degree
Experience & knowledge:
At least 2 years training/HR experience
Core competencies:
1. Planning and organization skill
2. Interpersonal communication skill
3. Proactive and independent
4. Good command in English and familiar with MS office.
